Our continued renovations and upgrades means that our facilities are the very best. Over twenty group sleeping
cabins and six hotel-style VIP rooms allows for a maximum capacity of 400 overnight guests. All cabins are
fully insulated and come complete with carpet, thermostatically controlled heat, bathrooms (no need for midnight
runs through the cold mountain air!) as well as generously-sized bunk beds.
Cabins assignments are based on minimum/maximum group size stated on the contract.

VIP Accomodations
We have 6 VIP rooms that may be reserved for clergy, group coordinators or guest speakers.
Our V.I.P. cabins are fully furnished, hotel-style accommodations with a variety of configurations most of which
are made up of a double bed, adult-sized bunk bed, private bathroom, thermostatically controlled heat, carpeted
and completely winterized.
These rooms are an additional charge above the per person rate.

Group Sleeping Cabins
Alpine Meadows has over 20 separate sleeping cabins that can accommodate from 20 to 400 total overnight guests.
All cabins feature generously sized bunk beds, private in-cabin baths and showers, heaters, and carpeting. All
accommodations are winterized for year-round use.
